Throughout his time in the Secret Service, Ricky provided knowledge and guidance to guarantee the well-being and protection of the nation's highest government position. He worked under seven different presidential administrations, starting with President Ronald Reagan and continuing until President Obama. Before joining the Secret Service, Ricky was a member of the United States Navy, where he developed his expertise in strategic communication.
